MKVToolNix is a set of tools that include mkvmerge, mkvinfo, mkvextract, mkvpropedit and mmg, which allow you to to create, manipulate and inspect Matroska (.MKV) files in several ways. With MKVToolNix you can create, split, edit, mux, demux, merge, extract or inspect Matroska files. Causes mkvextract (1) to extract a CUE sheet from the chapter information and tag data for the following track into a file whose name is the track's output name with '.cue ' appended to it.raw Extracts the raw data into a file without any container data around it. MKVExtractGUI-2 is a Matroska (mkv) track extraction GUI tool for work with mkvtoolnix. Requires mkvtoolnix. Demux mkv streams, split video, audio and subtitle to separate files, from an MKV file. - 2019-11-02: Starting with the next release, v39.0.0, I will no longer provide binaries for openSUSE in general and for 32-bit versions of Fedora anymore. For openSUSE current binaries are always available from the Open Build System within a couple of hours from release. For Fedora: with v31 Fedora dropped support for 32-bit. That fact in conjunction with changes to my automatic build system mean that building 32-bit binaries for Fedora 29 & 30 became too much of a hassle.
